Our minimum requirements for filling tubes are as follows:

1. Two week lead time for quantities under 5000 units. For larger quantities a longer lead time is required.

2. Minimum filling quantities are 1,000 units.

3. For the Set-Up of Filling Machine, the client will be required to supply 5 gallons of product and 50 tubes.These initial set-up materials must match exactly to the materials provided for the Purchase Order submitted.

4. All tubes must have registration marks.

5. All tubes must be cut at the same height and cut evenly.

6. Tubes may be either 4 or 8oz. Other sizes can be run with an order of 25,000 units or greater.

7. Tubes cannot be overfilled more than 1 1/2 times the circumference of the tube between product and the top of the tube.

Pricing estimates for 4oz. tubes are as follows:

 1,000 to 5,000 units   - $.20 each, plus a set-up fee of $80.00
 5,000 to 10,000 units - $.15 each, plus a set-up fee of $80.00
10,000 to 25,000 units - $.10 each, no set-up fee required
25,000 units and over   - $.08 each, no set-up fee required
